A representative with Adera Design will email you with the tracking number and installer's contact information to begin to coordinate the delivery and professional installation of your pool table after production has been completed and your item has shipped. Quality & Class take time, we’re currently experience extenuating lead times of 20-24 weeks on USA made tables. Please be patient you’ll be glad you did!
What is pro installation?
If you elect to have professional installation, your item will be delivered via curbside freight. You are responsible for accepting and inspecting the shipment, and moving it to your home or garage until your appointment date with the installer. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to accept your shipment as well as the tracking number and installer's contact information. Following the delivery, the installer will come to your home on the scheduled appointment date to complete the setup. Please note, all contact information is shared while your item is in transit.
